A day of serious contemplation

Paint is having a weekend in this rustic cabin. It is time for renewal and contemplation. No TV, phone, pets, ex-husbands, teenage boys, needy friends. Just walking, taking photos, art, and writing poetry. My one regret is this is not my cabin. It is 100 years old with huge amounts of character. I think I may have scared some racoons out of the attic with my singing. I mean Jeese! I'm not that bad! I will be back soon, laden with new work and ideas. God Bless.
